Hi!
I'm so happy you're here :) Welcome to Gracefully Nourished, my name is Grace, and I can't wait to share my journey of holistic living with you all. I strongly believe that the kind of food we eat directly affects the quality of life we live. Food has power over our health mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Being in college, I had to balance school, social life, and my personal life all on one plate. On top of that, I had to figure out what actually would be on my plate for each meal, three times a day. After trial and error, I have learned how to eat nutrient-dense without breaking the bank. I have also been able to manage a consistent routine in fitness that is both realistic and financially savvy. On this blog, you’ll find tips and tricks to eating on a budget, recipes prioritizing taste and nutrition, along with encouragement on living an overall full life!
When I am not writing about or eating food, you can find me in the ocean, at a pilates/yoga class, or at a farmer's market with a bundle of strawberries in one hand and sourdough in the other. I write poetry, specifically on nature and wildlife, and I love a good iced latte to accommodate that writing. God is so good, and I am so grateful to be able to share my wellness journey with you, enjoy.
